Cairn Floor Lamp Terracotta

The Cairn Floor Lamp Terracotta is conceived as a sculptural lighting piece where natural form meets refined metalwork. Its tall, slender composition is built from a sequence of individually shaped wooden forms, stacked vertically to create an expressive silhouette inspired by balanced stones. The result is a floor lamp that functions as much as a decorative object as it does a source of ambient light.

Each wooden element features softly rounded, irregular contours rather than strict geometric repetition. The changing proportions and orientations create a sense of rhythm as the eye travels upward, while the dark wood finish emphasizes the grain and sculptural character of the material. A substantial rounded wooden base visually anchors the composition and provides a strong foundation for the vertical arrangement.

At the top, a generously proportioned dome-shaped metal shade introduces a deliberate material contrast. Its smooth reflective surface sits against the tactile warmth of the wood below, giving the lamp a sophisticated balance of polished and organic finishes. The rounded profile of the shade also echoes the curved wooden forms, bringing visual continuity to the overall composition.

Designed as a statement floor lamp for living rooms, lounges, reading corners, bedrooms and sophisticated hospitality interiors, the Equinox works particularly well beside an armchair, sofa or console arrangement. Wood finish and metal finish can be customized to complement different interior palettes while retaining the lamp's signature stacked sculptural form and distinctive dome shade.
