Each piece is crafted with care and we are committed to delivering products that meet our quality standards. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review the following policy before placing an order.

Our Commitment to Quality

Every Nebora piece is handcrafted and covered by a 12-month warranty on materials and workmanship. We stand behind what we make.Because each piece is made specifically for you, we do not offer returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will make it right.

Made-to-Order Products

Most Nebora pieces are crafted to order.

Because production begins specifically for your purchase, orders cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged once production has started, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects or transit damage.

We encourage customers to carefully review product specifications, dimensions and finishes before placing an order.

Order Changes

Requests to modify an order must be submitted before production begins.

If approved, modifications may:

  • incur additional charges for labour or materials

  • affect the original delivery timeline

Once production has started, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To report an issue, email hello@neborastudio.com with:

  • your order number

  • a clear description of the issue

  • photographs or video showing the defect

After review, Nebora reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution, at our discretion. This may include:

  • repair

  • replacement

  • store credit where applicable

Reports received after 48 hours of delivery may be treated as acceptance of the product in its delivered condition.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange or cancellation:

  • made-to-order products once production has begun

  • customised or bespoke items

  • clearance or final-sale or any promotional sale/ event purchases 

  • floor samples or display pieces

  • products reported as defective after 48 hours of delivery

Refunds

Refunds are not offered as a standard resolution, as Nebora products are made to order.

Refunds may be issued only in the following circumstances:

  • Nebora cancels an order before dispatch

  • accidental duplicate payments occur

  • a confirmed manufacturing defect cannot be resolved through repair or replacement

Where a refund is approved:

  • refunds will be processed within 15 business days

  • banks or payment providers may require additional time to reflect the amount

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Product Appearance

We make every effort to represent our products accurately on our website.

However:

  • Colours may appear differently depending on screen settings

  • Handcrafted pieces may have slight variations

These differences are part of the character of the product.

Natural Material Variations

Many Nebora pieces are crafted using natural materials, including wood, stone and handcrafted finishes.

Variations in:

  • Grain

  • Tone

  • Texture

  • Pattern

are natural characteristics and are not considered defects.

Delivery Inspection

Customers are requested to inspect their order at the time of delivery.

If packaging appears damaged, please note this with the delivery team and notify Nebora within 48 hours.

Claims reported after this period may not be eligible for resolution.

7-Day Price Protection

If the price of a product purchased from our website is reduced within 7 days of your purchase, you may request store credit for the price difference.

This policy:

  • applies only to price reductions on the Nebora website

  • does not apply to promotional events or clearance sales

  • is issued as store credit only

Promotional Vouchers

If you purchased an item using a discount or promotional voucher:

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be for the amount actually paid, excluding the discount value

  • Promotional vouchers are single-use, non-transferable, and non-refundable

  • Vouchers cannot be combined with any other offer and hold no cash value

  • Vouchers are applied to the total invoice amount
