All Nebora pieces are shipped safely & securely across India and internationally. We work with trusted logistics partners experienced in handling furniture and large-format items.
Shipping Coverage
Domestic — PAN India
We ship to most locations across India through trusted delivery partners who specialise in handling large and delicate items. Domestic shipping is complimentary on all orders.
International
We can assist with international shipping and can coordinate with a shipping partner of your choice. Please note:

All international shipping charges, tariffs and import duties, import regulations in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility

Insured Shipments
All orders are insured during transit until delivery is completed at the shipping address provided during checkout.
Dispatch
Dispatch of an order will begin only after full payment has been received and verified.
Dispatch timelines vary depending on whether the product is Ready to Ship or Made to Order.

Ready to Ship products are typically dispatched within 1–2 weeks.

Made to Order or customised pieces are typically dispatched within 3–4 weeks, depending on fabrication timelines.
Estimated dispatch timelines are provided on individual product pages. If you would like to re-schedule a delivery date, it is possible only before dispatch of goods from our warehouse. Please notify us at least 7 days prior to your estimated dispatch date.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Delivery

Ground floor: Products are delivered to your doorstep.

Multi-level buildings: Products will be placed in a secure lobby area. Our delivery team will inform your security desk upon arrival.

Measure your space: Before placing your order, ensure the furniture can pass through entrances, lifts, staircases and access points. Nebora and its logistics partners are not responsible if a piece cannot fit into the delivery location.

Arrange manpower: Customers are responsible for arranging assistance to move furniture from the lobby or doorstep into their home or office where required.

Assembly: Assembly instructions will be included with the product where applicable.

Address changes: Orders cannot be redirected once they have been dispatched from our facility.

Delivery delay: Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, Nebora cannot be held responsible for delays caused by logistics partners or circumstances outside our control.

Failed Delivery Attempts: Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability or access restrictions may incur additional delivery charges

Delivery inspection: Please inspect the packaging at the time of delivery. If the packaging appears damaged, notify the delivery team and report the issue to Nebora within 48 hours.
