Nebora stands behind the quality of its handcrafted furniture and décor. Our warranty covers manufacturing and material defects under normal residential use from the date of delivery.

Warranty Coverage

All Nebora products are guaranteed to be free from material and manufacturing defects. Our warranty begins on the date of delivery and varies by product category.

Upholstered Furniture (Sofas, Armchairs, Beds, Daybeds, Ottomans) 

• Frame structure — 12 month Limited Warranty

• Foam, fibre fillings, fabric, leather and stitching — 12 month Limited Warranty

• Springs, suspension systems, legs and mechanisms — 12 month Limited Warranty

Furniture (Dining Chairs, Dining Tables, TV Cabinets, Sideboards, Bookcases)

• Structure and workmanship — 12 month Limited Warranty

Decor (Mirrors, Wall Arts, Lighting, Objects, Candle Holders, Vases) 

• Workmanship — 6 month Limited Warranty

Natural Material Characteristics

Nebora products are crafted using natural materials and traditional processes. Variations in wood grain, colour tone, texture and finish are natural and are not considered defects.

These characteristics contribute to the uniqueness of each piece.

Warranty Claims

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us on hello@neborastudio.com

Please include:

• Order number or proof of purchase

• Description of the issue

• Clear photographs or video of the defect
  
  

Our team will review the submissions and may request additional information or arrange an inspection if necessary.

If the claim is approved, Nebora will repair or replace the item at our discretion.

Items repaired or replaced under warranty remain covered only for the remaining original warranty period.

If a manufacturing defect is identified after the warranty has expired, the cost of all materials, parts, labor and shipping will be the customer's responsibility.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• normal wear and tear

• fading, staining or fabric pilling from regular use

• damage caused by improper care or cleaning

• misuse, neglect, accidents or pet damage

• burns, cuts, scratches, dents or impact damage

• product alterations or repairs by unauthorized parties

• outdoor use unless the product is specifically designed for outdoor environments

• commercial or non-residential use
