Warranty Policy for Nebora

At Nebora, we stand behind the quality of our handcrafted furniture and decor. We guarantee that all of our products are free from material and manufacturing defects. Our warranty coverage begins from the date of delivery.

General Terms & Conditions

  • Defect Reporting: If you discover a visible defect or a significant deviation from your order, you must report it within 7 days of delivery. Please email care@neborastudio.com with a detailed description and clear photographs. Reports received after this period will be considered as acceptance of the product.
  • Handcrafted Variations: As each piece of Nebora furniture is handcrafted, minor variations in design, color, grain, and finish are natural and inherent characteristics of our products. These variations are not considered defects and are celebrated as part of the unique beauty of each item.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid purchase receipt or order number is required for all warranty claims. Please keep this document in a safe place.

Warranty Coverage by Product Type

Our warranty duration varies by product category, from the date of delivery:

Sofas, Armchairs, Beds, Daybeds, Ottomans:

  • Frame Structure: 1-Year Limited Warranty
  • Soft Furnishings (Foam, fiber fillings, fabric, stitching, leather): 1-Year Limited Warranty
  • Other Components (Springs, suspension, legs, mechanisms): 1-Year Limited Warranty

Dining Chairs, Dining Tables, TV Cabinetry, Sideboards, Bookcases: 1-Year Limited Warranty

Mattresses: 10-Year Limited Warranty.

  • Exclusions: This warranty does not cover mattress fabric issues (e.g., stains, burns, pilling), normal body indentations, subjective comfort preferences (too firm or too soft), or new product odors.

Rugs, Poufs, Cushions & Throws, Bedding: 1-Year Limited Warranty

Mirrors, Wall Arts, and Other Decor Items: 6-Month Limited Warranty

Warranty Claims Procedure

To submit a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Initial Contact: Email our customer care team at care@neborastudio.com
  2. Provide Information: Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographs or videos of the defect.
  3. Assessment: Our team will review your claim and may request additional information or a physical inspection if necessary.
  4. Resolution: If your claim is accepted, we will, at our discretion, either repair the item or provide a replacement. The resolution will be communicated to you along with the next steps.

Limitations & Exclusions

This warranty becomes null and void under the following conditions:

  • Natural Material Characteristics: Features like wood grain patterns, knots, or color variations in natural materials are not considered defects.
  • Normal Wear and Tear: The warranty does not cover deterioration due to regular use and aging, such as fading, pilling, or staining.
  • Improper Care: Damage caused by the use of harsh cleansers, abrasive agents, or other unsuitable cleaning substances is not covered.
  • Neglect or Misuse: The warranty does not cover damage from neglect, mistreatment, or accidents, including but not limited to burns, cuts, scratches, dents, or damage from pets.
  • Product Alterations: Any modifications or repairs made to the product by the customer or an unauthorized third party will void the warranty.
  • Outdoor Use: The warranty does not cover products used outdoors unless they are explicitly designated for outdoor use.
  • Third-Party Purchases: This warranty is valid only for products purchased directly from Nebora.

Items repaired or replaced under this warranty will remain under the original warranty period. If a manufacturing defect is identified after the warranty has expired, the cost of all materials, parts, labor, and shipping will be the customer's responsibility.
