The Belmont Chair is driven by form. Thick wooden planes curve into a continuous frame, giving the chair its weight and visual authority while remaining open at the center.

Material choices are direct. Solid wood carries the structure, while metal elements provide contrast and precision, allowing the seat to sit lightly within the frame rather than resting on it.

When used, the generous width creates a sense of ease. The suspended seat introduces subtle give, balancing the firmness of the surrounding structure.

Over time, the chair reads less as furniture and more as a fixed object in the space. Its clarity of construction and reduced elements allow it to remain relevant, even as surroundings evolve.
