1. Offer Period
The Nebora Festive Edit offer is valid on eligible orders placed during the promotional period specified by Nebora, with the final offer period ending at 11:59 PM IST on 30 November 2026.
2. Festive Benefits
Customers purchasing eligible Nebora products can avail the following Festive Benefits based on the qualifying order value:
10% off on orders of ₹50,000 and above
15% off on orders of ₹75,000 and above
The maximum Festive Benefit is ₹15,000 per order.
Only one Festive Benefit tier will apply to an order. Benefits are not cumulative.
3. Qualifying Order Value
The applicable Festive Benefit will be determined based on the total value of eligible products purchased in a single order.
Eligible Furniture and Décor products may be combined within the same order to reach the applicable order-value threshold.
The qualifying order value will be calculated after any other applicable discounts and before applying the Festive Benefit under this promotion.
Shipping, installation or other separately charged services, where applicable, will not be included when determining the qualifying order value.
4. Eligible Products
The offer applies to eligible Furniture and Décor products included in the Nebora Festive Edit.
Project orders, trade orders, special quotations, previously confirmed orders and products specifically excluded by Nebora will not qualify unless expressly stated otherwise.
5. Made-to-Order & Customised Products
Where applicable, Nebora furniture is made to order. Participation in the Festive Edit does not alter the standard production process or estimated dispatch or delivery timeline applicable to the selected product.
Product specifications, materials, finishes, fabrics and customisation options remain subject to availability and confirmation by Nebora.
Where an approved customisation results in an additional charge, the final confirmed product price will be considered when determining the qualifying order value.
6. Maximum Festive Benefit
Regardless of the number or total value of eligible products purchased, the maximum discount available under the Nebora Festive Edit is ₹15,000 per order.
For clarity:
An eligible order of ₹50,000 qualifies for 10% off (₹5,000)
An eligible order of ₹75,000 qualifies for 15% off (₹11,250)
An eligible order of ₹1,00,000 qualifies for 15% off (₹15,000)
Eligible orders above ₹1,00,000 remain subject to the ₹15,000 maximum Festive Benefit
7. Single Order Requirement
The qualifying order value must be reached within a single order.
Separate orders cannot subsequently be combined to reach an offer threshold or receive a higher Festive Benefit.
8. Other Offers & Discounts
The Festive Benefit cannot be combined with another coupon code, promotional discount, special price or offer unless expressly permitted by Nebora.
Where more than one promotion may appear applicable, only the promotion permitted by Nebora for that order will apply.
9. Order Modifications
If an order is subsequently modified or partially cancelled and the revised eligible order value falls below the threshold originally used to determine the Festive Benefit, the benefit will be recalculated based on the revised qualifying order value.
Any resulting balance must be settled before production or dispatch, as applicable.
10. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Nebora’s standard cancellation, return and refund policies continue to apply.
Made-to-order and customised products remain subject to Nebora’s applicable made-to-order and customisation terms. The Nebora Festive Edit does not create any additional right of cancellation, return or exchange.
Where a return or refund is permitted under Nebora’s applicable policies, the refund will be calculated based on the actual amount paid after application of the Festive Benefit.
If a permitted partial cancellation, return or modification causes the remaining eligible order value to fall below the original qualifying threshold, Nebora may recalculate the applicable Festive Benefit before determining the final refund amount.
11. Delivery
Nebora’s standard shipping and delivery terms continue to apply.
Any promise of pre-Diwali delivery applies only where specifically communicated for an eligible product or order and where the order is placed within the stated delivery cutoff period.
Orders placed after the applicable pre-Diwali delivery cutoff are not guaranteed to be delivered before Diwali, even where the Festive Benefit remains available.
Participation in the Festive Edit does not otherwise constitute a guarantee of delivery by a particular festival, occasion or date unless expressly confirmed by Nebora for the specific order.
12. Product Availability
All orders are subject to acceptance by Nebora and the availability of the required products, materials, fabrics, finishes and other components.
Where applicable, the production and dispatch timelines displayed on the relevant product page or communicated at the time of order will apply.
If a selected specification becomes unavailable, Nebora will contact the customer regarding suitable alternatives or the options available under Nebora’s standard order terms.
13. Warranty
Participation in the Nebora Festive Edit does not alter the applicable product warranty.
Eligible products continue to receive the warranty applicable to the product and specified by Nebora at the time of purchase.
14. No Cash Alternative
The Festive Benefit is a promotional discount and has no independent cash value.
It cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, transferred to another customer or order, or converted into store credit.
15. Taxes & Charges
Applicable taxes will be calculated and reflected on the final invoice in accordance with applicable requirements and Nebora’s billing practices.
The Festive Benefit will be reflected in the order and invoice as applicable.
Any shipping, installation or other additional charges that do not form part of the eligible product value will not contribute towards the qualifying order value.
16. Misuse of the Offer
Nebora reserves the right to withhold the Festive Benefit where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, manipulation, duplicate transactions created solely to obtain promotional benefits or other misuse of the promotion.
17. Changes to the Promotion
Nebora may modify or withdraw the promotion where reasonably necessary.
Any such change will not affect eligible orders already confirmed by Nebora under the promotion before the change takes effect.
18. General Terms
All purchases remain subject to Nebora’s standard terms and policies relating to payment, made-to-order production, customisation, shipping, delivery, installation where applicable, cancellations, returns, refunds, warranty and product care.
